I spent my whole duty last night watching the full season 1 of MTV-AWKWARD (yes, 12 episodes in just one seating!). In the span of one night, I have been converted into an Awkward fan! I was overwhelmed in this scene. Tears were running down my eyes. When Jenna was questioning herself ‘Should I follow my ind or my heart?’, I even answered aloud “HEART!”. lol I was that carried away.

But I couldn’t blame Jenna for choosing Jake, who wouldn’t? I mean, sure, everyone will say follow your heart but what if your heart is leading you to someone who couldn’t give you what you want.

In certain ways, I am like Jenna. Sure, I’ve said a thousand times that a simple relationship is what I want, minus the sparks, romance and surprises. But oh come on, I am a girl. Deep inside, I want the flowers, chocolates, the big ASK, anniversaries, celebrations, romantic surprises, long walks on the beach and even the occasional candle lit dinners. YES, I WANT ALL THAT CHEESINESS. Forgive me, Im a girl. I may seem tough and carefree on the outside but I so badly want to receive the treatment every girl is worthy of. 

So yes, I am definitely TEAM JAKE. A for effort, right? ;)
